1. Overview
WEBWAVE LTD provides digital products, including downloadable website templates and design packs. All products are delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final, subject to the limited exceptions outlined below.
2. Digital Delivery & Access
Products are delivered immediately after checkout via download or account access. Once a product has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered and used. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances: Technical delivery failure: If a customer is unable to access or download the purchased product due to a verified technical issue on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. Duplicate payment: If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a processing error. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. No refunds are provided for subscription periods already billed.
